VSP
VSP offers two nationwide networks — VSP and VSP Choice. As outlined in your benefit plan, find a list of VSP Network and VSP Choice Network providers in your area. Create a secure online member account for instant access to tools to help manage your vision benefits and to find a VSP provider that participates in network according to your eye care plan. When scheduling an appointment with a VSP provider, be sure to confirm the provider participates in the program and inform him or her that you have VSP coverage prior to receiving services.

EyeMed
If you are insured under our EyeMed ViewPointe^SM eye care plan that features the EyeMed VisionCare Access or Select networks, visit the EyeMed website to find an EyeMed provider in your area. Create a secure online member account for instant access to tools to help manage your vision benefits and find an EyeMed provider that participates in the network according to your eye care plan. When scheduling an appointment with an EyeMed provider, be sure to confirm the provider participates in the program and inform him or her that you have EyeMed coverage prior to receiving services.

Vision Perfect or FUSION
Use this directory if you are insured under a Vision Perfect or FUSION plan with the EyeMed network discount.
