We'd love to have you join our team. But first, you'll need to be licensed and appointed with us to sell our products. Some states will require producers to be pre-appointed before presenting a quote to a client.
To join our team:
- Become appointed with Ameritas and compliant with HIPAA Privacy regulations. Just complete the Appointment Application/Business Associate Addendum.
- Mail or fax the application and addendum, along with a copy of your license, to the Group Sales Office nearest you.
- You have the option of depositing your commissions directly to your account. Just complete and include the Direct Deposit Authorization form.
