Auth ID and PIN: A preliminary ID and password sent to you once you have signed up for eServices so you can log in for the first time. This is only a temporary ID and password and you will be prompted when to enter this information. Don't use this as your User ID and password.
Certificate Number: This is a number assigned by us that is unique to each member in your group.
Certificate of Coverage: This is the Plan Document issued to a specific member under the plan. If you offer different plans to your members, you may see more than one Certificate of Coverage.
eBill: This is where to find billing information. You can view billing history, a current billing, premium detail, or adjustments to the billing statement.
eCert Delivery Report: The eCert Delivery Report provides information about when your plan members access their Certificates of Coverage online by signing into ameritasgroup.com themselves.
eEnroll: This is where eligibility updates are completed. You can edit your plan by adding or terminating members, or by changing coverage levels, such as single or family status.
EFT: Electronic Funds Transfer. With your permission, Ameritas can electronically withdraw the premium amount from your bank account.
Electronic Delivery of Documents: In some instances you can deliver the Certificate of Coverage and/or your policy to yourself and your members using the Web. Electronic Delivery of documents prevents the hassle of mailing or sending paper documents to individuals or groups.
eServices Agreement: An agreement between you and us outlining the rights and responsibilities of each party when you use eServices. This must be completed before an Auth ID and PIN can be issued to you.
eServices Demo: This is a demonstration of eServices and its various functions. There is no live data connected to the demo so you can investigate without causing any changes to your plan or anyone's coverage under your plan.
Password Assistance: You can select this link for help remembering or resetting your password, as well as additional options.
Plan Document: The plan documents are your policy as well as each certificate of coverage under your group plan. These documents explain what is covered under the plan and any exclusions or limitations.
Register Now: Select this link to register for the first time. You create your own User ID and Password to access the website on a regular basis.
Resource Center: This is a place on the web that stores useful documents and information for your reference. Examples include Frequently Asked Questions and Forms.
Transaction Summary: This is a list of transactions that you have recently completed on eServices.
